Becoming a Fertility Nurse

Women’s heath has always been so interesting to me so it was a natural progression to move from the cardiac step down unit to a fertility department once a position opened up at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. After 20+ years in this sub specialty, and a few different practices, I think I made the right move.

Best Part of My Job

The best part of the job is working with the patients and helping get them through their fertility journey. I also am privileged to work with the most amazing nursing staff and doctors. They are a kind, intelligent and compassionate team.
