For Military Veterans
Proudly Serving U.S. Veterans
At the Center for Reproductive Medicine & Advanced Reproductive Technologies (CRM), we are honored to be a contracted provider for U.S. veterans, helping them access the high-quality care they deserve.
A Meaningful Partnership
“This relationship with the VA is important because it allows us to deliver first-class treatment to our military men and women, with IVF success rates that exceed the national average,” said Colleen Casey, M.D., President of CRM.
“Providing this care is our way of giving back to the brave individuals who sacrifice so much for us,” added Mark Damario, M.D., Medical Director of CRM.
Care Through the Community Care Network (VA CCN)
CRM provides fertility services to veterans through the VA Community Care Network (VA CCN). This network enables veterans to receive specialty care from community-based providers like CRM, outside of military medical facilities.
The VA CCN is administered by Optum and the VA.
How It Works
- Veterans must first contact their VA Medical Center (VAMC) to determine eligibility.
- If eligible, the VAMC will issue an authorized referral and a Standardized Episode of Care (SEOC).
- All referrals and authorizations are coordinated directly through the VA.
Important
Veterans must be evaluated by their VA Medical Center for qualification. Male and female veterans with questions are encouraged to call the VA Women Veterans Call Center at 855-829-6636 for assistance.
