“My husband and I got married in 2022 and began trying for a family. After a year of not getting pregnant we decided to get testing done. I began with getting testing and all of my labs came back normal.

My husband did a sperm count and they found zero sperm. He did another test and they found the same thing. We ended up going to a urologist who agreed to do a sperm biopsy and see if he could find any sperm. Once they were able to do the procedure, they were able to find sperm but there was no way of it getting out as my husband didn’t have vas deferens.

They were able to freeze sperm and then I went through an egg retrieval. Once my eggs were retrieved 13 in total, they were able to fertilize them. We ended up with 3 healthy embryos. On December 11th, 2024 we were able to transfer an embryo. And she stuck!!! Myla Mae Elisa was born July 29th, 2025!”

Every patient who walks through our doors has a different story and their own path to building a family. For those facing infertility, it can feel isolating, but you’re not alone. Many others are walking a similar road, and there is comfort in that shared experience.

Kalley is one of those people. She is sharing her story to offer encouragement and to remind others that the right support matters. Finding a care team that listens, understands, and advocates for you can make all the difference.
