About Erin

Becoming a fertility nurse

Before becoming a nurse, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and worked in adolescent inpatient psychiatric care. After nursing school, I worked as a sexual and reproductive health nurse at a nonprofit in Minneapolis, where I developed a passion for helping people better understand their bodies and feel more in control of their reproductive health.

Fertility nursing felt like a natural next step for me. It allows me to support patients through some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives, both physically and emotionally. My goal is always to provide compassionate, informed care that helps patients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

Best part of my job

One of the most rewarding parts of fertility nursing is being able to support and empower patients through their fertility journeys. I value helping patients navigate the world of fertility, which can be overwhelming at times. I love providing comprehensive and accurate information to help patients reach their family building goals.

Life outside of work

I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago. I enjoy attending local concerts, oil painting, and being in nature. I live in Minneapolis with my partner and my cat!
